Touchpoint supports attendee to attendee messaging, but this feature is turned off by default. To turn this feature ON:
- From your event dashboard homepage, navigate to Main Navigation > Edit.
- Select the Messages feature to view its settings.
- Turn ON the "Allow attendees to send private messages to each other" setting. Changes made on the Feature Settings page are saved automatically.
