You log in with the email address you registered with. If you don't have a password yet, request one in the app and we'll email you a link to set it.
Some events need you to log in before you can see anything. Others let you look around first, but you'll still need to log in to use things like messaging and the activity feed.
Before you start
- Your email has to be on the event's attendee list.
- You need access to that email account. If someone else registered you, or several people were registered with the same email, ask your event planner to add your own email.
Step 1: Request a password in the app
- On the event list, tap Login at the top, or tap your event. If logging in is optional for your event, Login is at the top of the side menu.
- Tap Request a Password.
- Enter your registered email and tap Send Email.
Step 2: Check your email
You'll get an email from donotreply@certaintouchpoint.com with a Set Password link. If you don't see it, check your junk or spam folder.
Step 3: Set your password
- Click Set Password in the email.
- Enter and confirm your password. It must be at least 14 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
- When you see the confirmation, go back to the app and log in with your email and new password.
Want to skip setting a password?
If your event allows one-time passwords, the same email also includes one. It works for 15 minutes after the email is sent, and once you're logged in, you stay logged in. If it expires, tap Request a Password again for a new one.
FAQ
I didn't get the email.
Check junk and spam, then make sure you typed the email you registered with. Still nothing? Contact your event planner. Your account may be locked after too many tries, and they can unlock it.
My event gave us a shared password.
Enter your email and the shared password on the login screen. If it doesn't work and you're a speaker, request your own password instead.
I'm a speaker or an event manager.
Speakers use their own password for the app and the VIP Portal. Event managers use their CMS password and reset it at cms.certaintouchpoint.com.
Next step: If you still can't log in, contact your event planner. They can check your record and set a password for you.
