Each exhibitor has one Exhibitor VIP Admin who uses the VIP Portal, and any number of booth staff who scan leads in the app. In the portal, the admin can:
- Edit their exhibitor profile in the app
- Upload PDFs and add related links
- Register booth staff who will scan leads
- Add custom questions to their lead form
- View and download their leads
Who can log in
- Exhibitor VIP Admin (VIP Portal). One person per exhibitor. You set their name and email on the exhibitor record: open the exhibitor, click Edit, and under Settings > VIP Portal, enter their name in VIP Name and their email address in VIP Email. They log in to the VIP Portal with that VIP Email. They don't need to be added as an attendee first.
- Booth staff (lead scanning in the app). Staff log in to the app like any attendee. To scan leads, they must be added to the exhibitor as exhibitor attendees, and Lead Capture must be in your app menu.

FAQ
Can more than one person use the Exhibitor VIP Portal?
No, only the Exhibitor VIP Admin. But any number of booth staff can scan leads in the app.
An exhibitor can't get a password.
Look for an email from donotreply@certaintouchpoint.com with the subject "[your app name] Password instructions," and check spam. If it's not there, check that the email they entered exactly matches the VIP Email on the exhibitor record, then request it again.
How do I see which exhibitors have logged in?
On the event dashboard, open Event Reports > VIP Portal Reports. The VIP Portal Viewers Report shows each person's name, email, type and when they were last active, and you can download it to Excel.
The VIP Portal isn't turned on for my event.
It's an add-on. See Which Touchpoint features need to be turned on by Certain?
Next step: If an exhibitor still can't get in, contact Certain Support with the exhibitor name and the person's email.
