You can bulk assign existing sessions to your Attendees' Personal Itineraries by using the Personal Itineraries Bulk Upload Template, attached at the bottom of this article. These assigned sessions will appear under the Attendee's My Schedule button in the app.
- Use the attached Personal Itineraries Bulk Upload Template to create an Excel file with the following columns:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Login Email
- One column for each Breakout assignment/Session assignment
- Each Breakout assignment/Session assignment column header should include the Title of the Parent Session for each set of Breakouts, along with the Date and Start Time, separated by a vertical pipe ( | ) (see attached example template).
- Note: The Session Title must match what is on the Agenda in the Touchpoint dashboard exactly - same capitalization, punctuation, spelling, spacing, no extra spaces or characters. For example, Column D in the screenshot above represents assignments for a set of Breakout sessions under a Parent session in the Touchpoint dashboard that looks like this:

- Save your Excel spreadsheet.
- On the Event Dashboard, select Import Content under Related Resources on the left side menu.
- Select ScheduledEvent from the Resource type dropdown menu.
- Click Choose File, select the Excel file from your computer, then click Save.
- Verify your field mappings, then click Confirm.
- Each session assignment column should be mapped to Personal Itinerary Information like in the screenshot below.

- On the next screen, double-check your field mappings one more time, then click Import.
This will start the import process. If there are any errors found while uploading the spreadsheet, you will see the errors on the screen. Once the import is complete, you will see a message that says "# records have been successfully imported."
