You changed something in the Touchpoint CMS, like a session time, a speaker, a page or a menu item, but attendees still see the old version in the app.

How long changes take

• Touchpoint to the app: the app checks for changes every 10 minutes, so most changes show within 10 minutes.
• Certain Platform to Touchpoint: if the change was made in Platform, it first takes about 5 minutes to reach Touchpoint. See How do Certain Platform and Touchpoint sync?.

Get the change sooner

1. In the app, tap Refresh in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
2. Still seeing the old version? Log out of the app and log back in.
3. Still nothing after 15 minutes? Check the change was saved in the CMS, then contact Certain Support with the event name and what you changed.
